We hope you enjoy your stay with us at the Metro Hotel San Francisco! Let us know how we can make your stay special.
Okay, here's the agreement between you and us as a guest of Metro Hotel.
Metro Hotel is a 100% nonsmoking, drug-free property. For our guests who do smoke, please enjoy our beautiful garden out back.
Check in: 2 PM until 12 midnight.
Check out: 12 PM
Should your arrival fall outside of these hours, we will do our best to get you into your room as soon as possible. If arriving before 2:00 pm, we are always happy to hold your luggage for you while you grab a coffee at one of our local cafes. We are also happy to hold your luggage for you after Noon on day of check out.
You agree to vacate your room on day of check out by Noon. If not vacated at Noon as agreed upon, Metro Hotel will either charge another night's fee or place your personal items in a general hold. Metro Hotel will not be held responsible for items moved into general hold due to not vacating room as agreed upon.
Metro Hotel has a 48 hours from check-in, no fee cancellation policy for phone and walk in reservations. There will be a 10 % processing fee for cancelled online reservations.
The minimum age to rent a Metro Hotel San Francisco room is 21 years old. Photo identification and a valid credit card are required at time of check in.
Metro Hotel will make every effort to accommodate reasonable requests. Rooms may be reassigned as needs of the hotel require.
As guests of the Metro Hotel, we want you to have a spic-and-span, wonderful experience. Should you opt out of daily housekeeping service, we will need to have access to all of our rooms, at the least, every other day. For your convenience, we will limit hours of access to between 10am and 2pm. Thanks for your cooperation in our cleanliness mission!
It is understood that Metro Hotel is located on a major street in an urban environment. There may be some street noise in some Divisadero facing rooms if you are a particularly light sleeper.
Pets may be considered at the discretion of the management if arranged prior to check in.
For all Guests’ Security, Metro Hotel must charge at least a $130 lost key surcharge to cover the Emergency Locksmith/two lock replacement fee. Please, don’t make us feel badly by having to charge for a lost key!! We’re glad to hold your key for you during the day—just like Europe!
Illegal activity of any kind will not be tolerated. Metro Hotel reserves the right to charge for damages, theft, or loss of revenue, including a $250 cleaning/fumigation surcharge for smoking in the rooms.
The Metro Hotel reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.Metro Hotel will not be held responsible for accidents or injury to guests, or loss of money, or valuables of any kind.
Metro Hotel will not be held responsible for wireless connection security. Please ensure your firewall software is active.
Metro Hotel will not be held responsible for foggy days or the overwhelming desire to move here after visiting. Heart insurance, should you leave it here, is your responsibility.
