The Metro Hotel has a 48 hours from check-in, no fee cancellation policy for phone and walk in reservations.  If cancelled less than 48 hours prior to check in, a 10% processing fee will be assessed.

Any cancelled online booking will incur a 10% processing fee, regardless of when the cancellation occurs.

The Metro Hotel is a 100% nonsmoking, drug-free property.

Check in: 3 PM.  Check out: 12 PM

Should you arrive before 3 PM, we will gladly store your luggage until your room is ready for you to check in. We are also happy to hold your luggage for you after you check out.

You agree to vacate your room on day of check out by 12PM.  If not vacated by Noon, The Metro Hotel will either charge another night's fee or place your personal items in a general hold.  The Metro Hotel will not be held responsible for items moved into general hold due to not vacating room as agreed upon.

The Metro Hotel will charge a $150 lost key surcharge, and also reserves the right to charge for damages, theft, or loss of revenue, including a $250 cleaning/fumigation surcharge for smoking in the rooms.

The Metro Hotel is a pet-free facility, with the exception of service animals.  The Metro Hotel reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. The Metro Hotel will not be held responsible for accidents or injury to guests, or loss of money, or valuables of any kind. The Metro Hotel will not be held responsible for wireless connection security.  Please ensure your firewall software is active.

The minimum age to rent a room at The Metro Hotel is 21 years old. Photo identification and a valid credit card are required at time of check in. The Metro Hotel will make every effort to accommodate reasonable requests.  Rooms may be reassigned as needs of the hotel require. It is understood that The Metro Hotel is located on a major street in an urban environment. There may be some street noise in some Divisadero facing rooms if you are a particularly light sleeper.

Illegal activity of any kind will not be tolerated.
